Concrete Paving
UPCI has the experience and manpower to accomplish airport runway and taxiway reconstruction, mainline (interstate and highway) paving and urban work simultaniously. We like to keep a healthy ratio of different types of projects under management to keep our crews efficient and profitable.
Asphalt Recycling
Upper Plains understands the asphalt recycling business, and it is an integral part of our continuing effort for system preservation and rehabilitation. During the past few years of roadway funding, the enhanced benefits of asphalt recycling have been brought to the forefront to provide safe, cost-efficient networks of roads and highways.
Fly Ash Stabilization
Our focus on fly ash stabilization is due to the major benefits that it brings to a project. Fly ash has been used successfully in many projects to improve strength characteristics of soils. Fly ash can also be a cost effective partial substitute for Portland cement in markets that are experiencing supply shortages. An Industrial by-product that is otherwise waste, fly ash is environmentally friendly because it is recycled.
